It is the same all over Florida in January, February and March.

Two years ago, Florida became the second most populous State, right behind California.

There wasn't a SINGLE home in The Villages south of 466A SIX years ago.

Many large retail chains are CLOSING brick and mortar stores because of burgeoning internet sales.

Companies depend on information from demographers to choose areas to build new business. Even the demographers are not keeping up with the VERY unusual rapid growth found here. AND the unusual excellent good credit found here.

The Morse huge and powerful building machine will build to suit as soon as the businesses decide to come here.

How many times have friends asked, "Now WHERE is The Villages?"
