The service dept at Bill Bryan Subaru (Leesburg) is friendly, professional, and fair. I hated leaving our wonderful dealership in Annapolis where I had bought 2 Outbacks, but was relieved to find equally excellent service here.
However, I tried to deal with them on a trade for a new Outback and got nowhere. I ended up buying a new car at Don Mealey Sport Subaru in Orlando for $3400+ less than at Bill Bryan! Can't say enough about my experience at Sport Subaru.I just wish it wasn't 52 miles away, or I'd go there for service since everyone is so much fun to deal with.
