I agree 100% about taking any unknown herbal pills from any doctor, but acupuncture does work and is very effective for many problems such as migraine headaches, arthritis . . . the list goes on.

However, it is not a cure; it is a treatment and can do wonders if done correctly.
My mother had rheumatoid arthritis and the treatments did give her some relief.
Also, years ago, my vet was accredited to do it on animals and he did some treatments on my dog.
