Based on the theater presented yesterday by the committee head, it is clear we need an independent prosecutor or committee to take over the investigation. Clearly something is going on that the Trumpsters want to cover up. Whether or not Trump himself knew, or it was just his associates, remains to be seen. Based on what we are seeing in the media, Manafort was surely colluding with the Russians. Now that they are following the money trail in offshore accounts, we will be learning more.
