1st cart rental
We are having a similar experience with this company. Called for a rental cart for 4 days, cart was delivered and we paid cash up front.
Went to use the cart and found it to be dirty and our plans had changed and decided we did not want it for 4 days. Called and asked that the cart be picked and we
would pay for one day of rental and asked for refund of the other 3 days cost. The owner laughed at us and said he would not pick up the
cart and would only pick it up on original planned date and that no refund would be given. This man has no customer service skills whatsoever.
Tried to negotiate with him and he hung up on us twice and found him to be very arrogant and rude.
We have filed a complaint with the Sumter County Sheriff's office and with Seniors vs Crime.
