We just had our honed granite installed by Stone Rise Granite and Tile. They were recommended by someone at the granite place on Rolling Acres Road. You can pick out the granite there or go to Stone Rise Granite's showroom in Ocala where more granite is available. We are really pleased with how the countertops turned out. I would highly recommend Stone Rise Granite - they did an excellent job and they were reasonably priced as well! Plus the honed granite looks beautiful!
