Palm trees can vary from yard to yard. There's not one patent answer as to what causes yellowing, or why yours might not look like your neighbors. Factor in the age of the tree, when it was planted, etc. Use a good quality fertilizer (Lesco 8-2-12) 1/2 to 1 pound of fert per 1" of tree diameter. Don't skimp on the fertilizer. SiteOne in Leesburg has the fertilizer you'll need. $50 a bag.
