when people dwell on race or gender or politics or religion or just personally one on one they lose complete sight of the subject at hand and always...ALWAYS.....wind up on a personal crusade.

I do not for one minute think any post is better than another because it is identified as male or female or D or R or what ever.

Speak to the subject and try or at least make an attempt to rise above the school yard type banter and contribute to the subject or a least a topic that is current and may affect our lives or the lives of a friend or family member.

How about we pretend the person in the discussion is sitting across the table...arms length away!!
