Actually, it WAS AN ILLEGAL SERVER, when goverment business was transmitted over it. She had NO permission to use it for work.
Comey said classified was found on the server. That is a felony. Intent has nothing to do with it.
Once classifed is found on her computer, it should have been immediately seized and destroyed appropriately. The gov uses a completely secured, encrypted and isolated separate system for transmission of classified.

Hillary also transmitted Amb Stevens travel Itinerary over the Internet. That is a violation too. That information is classified Secret/code word. I know this for fact. It is possible that this information could have caused those deaths in Benghazi.
