I believe bad people will always exist. If more good people owned firearms and knew how to use them...there would be more bad guys with guns shot wounds!
If they were smart they would double the punishment for anyone that uses a stolen firearm in the commission of a crime, any crime!

Yes they will...especially if we keep encouraging them. The "bad people" who use guns to kill the most are the inner city minorities.
If you want to cut back on gun violence...ALL violence...you MUST cut back on the number of minorities...THEY are responsible for 80% of violence now...as their numbers increase so does their percentage of violent commissions.
If we were smart, we'd be looking for ways to DECREASE their numbers...not paying for them AND their healthcare.
