Settlement of a lawsuit is just that and only that. the reason for settlement could be for a variety of reasons. Many plaintiff attorney's take cases based only on the belief that they can cause the defendants to spend so much on defense that they find it economical to settle instead.
You view this as a win against Trump who suckered in people. so lt me ask suppose a resident spends several hundred dollars getting lessons from a pro, having that pro custom fit the students clubs and recommends to him to use only Pro v 1. the golf student fails because he has taken quality lessons and now owns quality equipment but oops he has absolutely no golf brains . what is the pro's obligation?
