Hurricane Matthew did a real job on Haiti. The Clintons built a soccer stadium, a (already defunct) community center, and some shirt manufacturing plants that are about as far away from the devastation that you can get. All built by non-Haitian friends of the Clintons, who were the ones who got all the money that the foundation spent.
