If you cannot get the 60 votes or more to get Neil Gosuck to be a Supreme Court justice - just change the rules! A simple majority instead of 60 votes.


And Dirty Harry Reed initiated this change for all positions below SCOTUS appointees. It really is a shame, but what goes around comes around.
