Because they are minorities...violence is all thy have. They scream racism and then force the lowering of standards so they can "qualify". If you mention that they can't compete on a LEVEL playing field, you're called a racist.
Things will NOT get better as long as they are having most of the babies.
It's funny...no sad...white people don't have kids because it's too expensive paying for a house, food, etc., to add the expense of a child...while a brown/black minority is given everything they need and can make the equivalent of $60,000 a year...so children are no problem.
