I've had Comcast for year now and could not be happier. The single occasion where I needed customer support was excellent. In fact the tech I spoke to called me back to confirm the fix. On another occasion where we needed a coax outlet activated in a new location, the tech who came out to make the modification noted a weak signal due to the inadequate feed coming from the outside drop box. He replaced it with a beefier cable, and our signal improved. I read many pros and cons with every cable company, but Comcast has done right by me, and the bill never changes.
