I'm an IT nerd, and the ONLY issue I've had with Comcast for the past 20 months was re: Internet speed. I "upgraded" to faster speed, and have been highly satisfied. As for TV, works fine - only down a couple of times in that period. As for Customer Service, whenever I've contacted them (3x), I got prompt attention, a quick fix to the issue, and a credit (once) with no issues at all on the phone. Plus, they have 3 phone apps that allow you to troubleshoot your own TV/Internet/Account. I actually reset my cable box once on my own, fixing the connection issue immediately. Works fine for me, I'm between 466 and 466A. I guess every service/store has good and bad stories, but for me, so far, so good!
