Make me wonder...why a philanthropist like the (unt would travel all the way to Costa Rica to get dental implants for his wife?? I mean why not support an American dentist in our country, so the taxes could be paid and help those needy people here??
I suspect it's the typical liberal who wants to be generous with everyone else's money but their own!
