WHEN and WHERE they are good at something...they are welcomed with open arms...we PAY THEM $ millions a year...when they're the BEST.

The NBA, NFL are 80% blacks because that's what they're good at. "We" have NO PROBLEM with them when they're GOOD at it.

On the other hand...they NEED quotas in everything else because they're NOT as good as white people.

WHEN you are an equal...you get treated as one...when you're NOT...you get treated like you're not.

PROVE your equality by excelling with the HIGHER standards we must attain.
