Ahhh yes that. Well he will make up for it by seeing that people's school loans are not forgiven, per his predecessor's directive. He is going to be harsh on folks who have been having tattoo's being paid for by their school loans and public assistance. (I don't KNOW that for sure, but it assuredly is my HOPE) He is cutting lots of money to the arts and that is making people very angry, but you can always add stuff back....
