it just does not seem hard for the State of Arkansas to wait until they have a drug that works. The Founding Fathers did put a ban on "cruel and unusual" punishment in the Bill of Rights. Probably because they read history about some of the barbarities used against English prisoners like drawing and quartering and the like.
