Right now there is such a
HUGE inventory of homes for sale in my area selling for much less than my asking price. I'm being stubborn and won't sell for less than I paid :dontknow:
It's not a hardship for me to endure another winter in the Frozen Tundra :
because I know TV will be there when the timing is right for me.
