I suppose we can rule out #1 as the water company says they sent someone over and checked the meter. But very possible it could be #2 and/or #3.
9000 gal is a ton of water especially for a Villa! Friends have a Designer house and their usuage for the same time frame was around 3500. We are due back next month so we will be able to delve into it further. Thank you everyone for all the help/suggestions. wav
