1 New Members pay pro-rated dues and fees from the actual date of closing until the end of the year.
The dues have gone up significantly. My parents built there when it 1st opened. The clubhouse is beautiful, with great restaurants, looker rooms, spa etc. 2 wonderful 18 hole courses and a tennis club. I checked the website and the house prices have gone down significantly. I am sure the initiation fee and dues have impacted the home prices.
