Obama took office and blamed George Bush, Obama then wondered why he could not find people willing to work with him to solve problems.
Bush on the other hand when he took office immediately had a meeting with Kennedy the democratic leader to discuss COMMON ISSUES. They BOTH agreed that education needed to be improved and the result was the BIPARTISAN BILL called No Child Left Behind.
