You know...this kind of thing happens all the time in black neighborhoods among blacks...black shooter...black victims.

So WHY is it news when a white guy does it? Because it's so UNCOMMON.

He probably got tired of their sh!t. A pool party at an apartment complex...I'm sure NO comprehension that they were getting out of hand...unruly...making the other resident miserable with their hooting and hollering. And ONE of them lived there???
