I got a estimate from Jim and his younger partner. It was 1800.00 to 2500.00 to redo my back yard zone and reconnect my front yard and 1 side yard since we had a pool put in. He recommend like 14 heads alone in the back yard.
I got a guy I think his name is Scott, works with Mannsfield Landscaping to come out and do the job. 1000.00 fully hooked up and running great.
I call Jim because of the recommendations on the board. There are a lot of contractors in this area that will jack the price on you because they do work in The Villages. I do not care how many homes there are and are selling. Reasonable is Reasonable. Just because there are a lot of houses, does not mean it cost more to get something done here. JMHO
