Why Would You Want The Liberal Party Saved?

Perhaps a better word would be "preserved." I would like them preserved as in wax or taxidermy so that our children can have examples of what could have been the destroyers of American liberty. Examples of the coddled that would rather live in socialism than in a free country where you can be successful. Actually, I would like to see the Democratic party reinstated, and get rid of the liberal democrat party.
