Debate is essential in our Republic but it must take place in parliamentarian order and civility so that we hear one another. Essentially its not what the other guy believes that is a problem but in how s/he behaves. Civil debate is non-existent and that is a real danger to our society.

I believe there are a sufficient number of moderate Democrats to take control of their Party and reshape it. The radical and fringe groups of the Democratic Party are going to lose out because that is not the politic of most Americans.
