As for the accusation of lies and desperation:
You lied when you said money was no concern to you. Obviously someone with money does not haul their spouse to a 3rd world country for cheap "non cosmetic" dental work...
You lied when you claimed to have terrific healthcare policy, and then stated they would not cover the "serious medical issue" your wife contracted from the cheap 3rd world dental work...
You lied when you claimed to make a charitable donation...who does that?
