No, I don't agree with their interpretation of the 14th...they were NOT under the jurisdiction of the U.S. government when they were born to criminally trespassing parents.
Do YOU agree with the ruling that corporations are "people" with the SAME rights and benefits? How about the "takings" ruling that let a town steal property because they could get more tax income from the new owners?
I KNOW what is going to happen when the minorities take control. Same as it ever is...destruction to society.
