NJBLUE you are correct about pressure and I believe that everyone who has bought from TV would admit feeling some kind of pressure during the negotiations. I don't care how good your sales rep is, there is pressure - subliminal or otherwise. TV's sales pitch veils all outward signs of pressure, but if having to make a decision in three hours isn't pressure especially when you are talking about a future home - then I don't understand pressure.
