Wrong again.
I worked my way up through the trades in a very tough and harsh industry/environment...and was in fact a steward during the beginning of my career.
After seeing people like you, I quickly realized that I didn't have to be all that much better to stand out, I just had to work hard, do my job and spend more time being productive...than spending my effort trying to figure out ways to 'screw management.'
So in a way, I have azzholes like you to thank for my success...all the way up to VP.
Of course, they absolutely hated it when I sat across the table negotiating CBA's as they knew they couldn't bull$hit me...because I knew their lies and tricks.
You're not even smart enough to understand, that it is union members like yourself that has resulted in the precipitous drop in union membership in this country... in the last few decades.
