Very interesting. If you look at this map closely, there appears to be 5 exec courses planned (3 on the SW side of the turnpike on both sides of 468, and 2 at the east end near the county line), as well as what looks like an 18 hole championship course along the NE side of the pike. There are also 13 areas designated "REC", most of which are probably neighborhood pools, and a commercial area, presumably another plaza. It looks like they will construct 3 RBS through the Fenney area on 468 with 2 tunnels under 468 and a tunnel under 501. No notation of a crossing over/under the turnpike. The northern area of these parcels are still blank, so maybe more to come, and remember this map ends where the Leesburg lands begin in the east
