Once we found The Villages in 2007, we immediately decided to jump in and buy a home in mid Villages.
We decided not to rent. It's expensive to rent during high season, and we had two dogs.
We are seasonal residents. We wanted to get established and make friends in one neighborhood.
We purchased, and we've never regretted it. However renting is probably a better option for more cautious people.
