Now, if your prime rib sandwich was gristle and not good and the au jus was bad, you should have spoken up. It would have been remedied with no problem. If you eat it and say nothing, how will the restaurant know you were not happy? However, don't eat the whole sandwich and tell them it was lousy and you want it removed from the check.

Mr/Mrs Sandtrap. I mean no disrespect to you, but are you sure you are going to Glenview and if you are will you tell us how you are getting such excellent food while the rest of us are getting less than edible?
