The Villages handled all our administrative business on our pre-owned Courtyard Villa in their Sales Office, pictures, cards, etc. They were well organized and thought of everything. (We didn't use a Bank).

If you want to save money and buy gently used furniture, try Bargains and Treasures. They pick up furniture on consignment from 13 houses daily. You will need to visit at least once a day to get the "good stuff" when it comes in. PM me if you want more informatin on B & T, we bought all our furniture there!

If you're in a hurry, my suggestion for furniture would be Southern Lifestyles in LSL or SS.

We bought our Columbia Par Car privately. There are at least four places selling golf carts located on Highway 441. It's a matter of budget and personal choice.
