So he is not performing in accordance to what the past has dictated?

More so he is not performing the way the opposition, whoever and what ever they are, thinks he should.

Then there is the resistance whereby it doesn't matter how he performs they are against it.

Some must like living the fantasy that the folks in power have no idea what they are doing. Be happy in your obsessions.

Trump does not perform to the usual crony political, partisan models and expectations. That is why he was elected.
