I'm not sure about the "organized" part. Talk of the Villages is a forum type of website. I personally don't know any of the administrators or owners. Our meet and greets have always been held informally since Ellen and I first attended 4 years ago. I'm guessing the recreation department would need TOTV's business info to allow use of a room?
