I recently upgraded our service to the Xfinity X1 package to save some money (for the next two years, anyway). They immediately shipped the new equipment, and it arrived two days later. Also that day a Comcast tech showed up and spent a half hour testing my service, wires, etc. to ensure the new set boxes would work. Easy setup and validation, and I love the X1 differences. Kudos to Comcast, a much improved experience for me.
