Just a year ago I had a storm related issue with my 5 year old roof'
Called the warranty dept..they instructed me to call Sack roofing
Which I did and spoke with a nice woman in sales she said a roofing tech would contact me.
We'll after 5 similar calls and broken promises over a 2 week period
I called EPIC they came right out assessed the situation gave me a reasonable quote preformed the necessary repairs
Still waiting to hear from Sack Roofing
