When I am driving my cart which has a top speed of 22 MPH on a flat surface, I am passed often but I usually catch up at the next stop sign or tunnel.
I have been passed by a golf cart when I was doing 30mph in my car on the back road where I live ............ and I could tell from the look on his face that he really, really wanted to pass me. Then, for some unknown reason, he slowed down and I just buzzed past him and left him behind. I find some golf cart drivers have this weird need to pass a car! Whatever - just have a nice day!
