I heard quite a bit of it. Sounded like a lot of praising of the cops and the sacrifices they made and then a lot of impossible promises about making America safe for every person in the inner cities. Every kid he said. What is he going to give them all guns? The man does not know what he is doing. Most of this work needs to be done by the people in these communities for their own good and not by some politician in Washington DC making promises he cannot keep.
