He can declassify anything he wants and when he wants.

He also has the liberty of sharing.

He shared such information that puts people in harms way to what end......the Russians are our enemy. You have to bet that through you thick skull.......Trump refuses to beleive they would do anything bad.....THEY ARE NOT EVEN CLOSE TO OUR FRIENDS AND THAT KIND OF INFO SHOULD NOT BE SHARED....

ESPECIALLY IN A CLOSE MEETNG WHERE ONLY THE RUSSIAN MEDIA IS ALLOWED(BECAUSE PUTIN ASKED)....

You need to put this in its correct context.......NOBODY trusts Trump now.....he has been bowing down to Putin on just about everything...he is under investigation for dealing with the Russians....he fired one justice employee to investigating his ties to launderIng Russian money in NY...He fired another for calling to his attention that his national security advisor was a blackmail threat from Russia....He fired the FBI director, by his own admission for his investigation into Trump campaign ties, yet he finds it important to share such heavily classified material.

He threatens all of our agencies, judicial system, and courts meets in secret with the head of Russian spying and gives up this information.

Most Presidents want to and are well briefed before such a meeting...what to say and what not to say...what to share and what not to share.

This is a man headlong going for a disaster
