I think you misunderstood his post.
I might be mistaken, but I think
Joe De Vito was quoting others and answering, just not putting the posts he was answering in quotes...which makes it a bit more difficult to follow.
From what I've seen so far,
Joe De Vito seems to be just as disgusted with Trump's lies, actions & words...as the other reasonable people here.
