no real surprise...if it's not marked on the map/plat as preserve, then it most certainly will be developed in some way or another. This area was "white space" on the map.
If you look at the area where the wetlands restoration is being done on south side of 466 just east of Morse....on the map, that is in orange (which usually signifies commercial space) with a couple of roads leading in and out of it. The area abutting 466 there has been graded pretty flat....I wouldn't be surprised to see commercial or lodging space put there.
