Actually, at that particular crossing the gates are offset. For cars coming into Bridgeport Lake Sumter the gate is before the the cart path. For cars or carts exiting Bridgeport at Lake Sumter the gate is also before the cart path. If the gate is down those on the MMP are free to go.
