Dominican born, he almost certainly came to America on "improper" papers.

When you read with an agenda and are an unapologetic bigot, your ignorance gets you into trouble. You make assumptions that are not there, you interpret everything you see or hear through a filter of hate and those who are not so ignorant cannot understand how you get from A to B.

So you cite a reference, good for you. Why you used a website Dominican Today rather than a more traditional one for information about Rojas I can't guess. But you concluded he was born in the DR and came here outside the law. And here is what the actual article says in total. I have removed nothing. This is the whole article

Quote:
"Of Dominican parents, Richard Rojas, 26, who yesterday plowed into 23 pedestrians in Times Square, killing one tourist, discharged in 2012 by the US Department of Defense (DOD) for violent behavior and aggression.
The rampage injured 22 people including four in critical condition and left three in serious condition.
Rojas was undergoing psychological evaluation in a hospital awaiting tests for drugs, but hasn’t been formally charged as of Thurs. night.
The DOD said Rojas was dishonorably discharged from the US Navy after having beaten a taxi driver in Florida and for allegedly threatening to kill military police officers.
Rojas enlisted in the Navy on September 17, 2011, and was discharged four months later."
It does not say he was born in DR, but that his parents were. In fact he was born in the Bronx, is a full US citizen and enlisted in the military where his mental health issues became obvious but were seemingly not addressed. His actions in Times Square are not terrorism related but mental health related. So your post alleging terrorism is wrong and your "fact" about his birth is wrong. Other than that, nice job trying to make this tragic event fit your despicable world view.
