There is whether people understand or not a shadow government ( aka deep state). It sounds so conspiracy theorist nutsy that it is dismissed by many . Look deeper my friend look deeper . It ahs been well substantiated that Soros sponsors Black Lives Matter and Black Lives Matter are the primary agitators on college campuses
