It's not one man...it's LOTS of men who all get rich off of "welfare" for minorities. EVERY welfare dollar ends up in the hands of someone else...they don't save...they spend...on stupid sh!t. It's WHY they're poor...they're idiots. Kraft foods makes $ billions off of welfare dollars buying their products...they PUSH for more and more "benefits". Lots of big corporations profit from welfare. Prisons...private prisons...benefit from the growing violent minority population. It's a corrupt system with a lot a players. There is no (that I'm aware of) "big boss" who runs it all. A Rothchild perhaps? Some Royal somewhere living without fanfare out of the public eye?

That's racist...enforcing just about ANY law...and more blacks and minorities get caught. Doesn't every liberal rally get violent or destructive in some way? Liberals are more emotional...not logical like white men.
