Reached 16.375 gallons yesterday while giving platelets at the One Blood Center near the Villages Regional Hospital.
Iron was 16.5 probably because of the overload of pizza over the past few days. Some pizzas have quite a lot of iron in them.
Terri did the sticking and did a good job but was a little lame with the jokes asking me if I needed to use the rest room after I had a needle up my arm. What was I supposed to do. Ask for a bedpan? Then I figured out she must have been joking.
They told me Mary got some kind of promotion.
Blanca was there working with another platelet donor.
Got stuck with a movie called
Oceans Rising on Netflix which was often so far-fetched and illogical that it was good. Like something you would see being torn to shreds by the
Mystery Science Theater 3000 crew.
